1. Provider and Brand
SG NEGOCIOS DIGITAIS LLC is the creator, supplier and provider of the digital products offered under the Body Protocol brand. BodyProtocol-2 is the name of the brand’s workspace hosted through Whop. Whop is a third-party platform used to facilitate checkout, customer account access and digital delivery. Whop is not the author, medical provider or creator of the educational content.
After payment confirmation, the purchased PDF material is made available through the customer’s Whop account. No physical product will be shipped.
2. Nature of the Products
All products offered by Body Protocol are digital PDF materials created for general educational and informational purposes. They are not medical, nutritional, pharmaceutical or professional healthcare advice.
3. License to Use
Purchasing a product grants the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access and use the material for personal purposes.
- Resale is not permitted.
- Redistribution is not permitted.
- Public sharing is not permitted.
- Uploading to third-party platforms is not permitted.
- Unauthorized reproduction is not permitted.
- Sharing access credentials is not permitted.
4. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are presented before checkout. Purchases are one-time payments unless the official Whop checkout expressly states otherwise. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers through Whop.
5. Access
Access to the purchased material is provided according to the product and checkout terms displayed through Whop.
6. Medical Limitations

7. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, branding and design are the intellectual property of SG NEGOCIOS DIGITAIS LLC and are protected by applicable laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SG NEGOCIOS DIGITAIS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the digital materials.
